Gallipoli

Galliopi joined us in 2012 following the North London Riots, he was retired due to some back issues. He is one of our smallest Police Horses and was only really ever ridden by female riders.

Gallipoli took to retirement like a pro and is one of our cheekiest horses as well as being very intelligent, he often goes by the name Houdini as he can escape a field in the middle of the night without any signs of where and how he has escaped.

Gallipoli is one of our horses that spent time in France at our sister charity Brantome Police Horses and he was a big favourite with the many visitors and volunteers. Whilst in France he was part of the affectionately known 'Naughty Boy' group along with his best friend Kingston, they were always keen to play and get in to trouble.

Now living in Devon, he has slowed down with his antics as he is now one of our oldies but quite often his cheeky side will appear.

Without your help and support, we simply wouldn’t be able to continue to do what we do. To rescue and rehabilitate horses, ponies and donkeys and offer visits to those members of our community that really benefit from time spent with our animals.

Your generosity makes this possible. Please help us to help them

Thank you from us all.
